Where is Agilent Technologies??

One possibility: I believe Agilent may be in the midst of something involving a name change (acquisition/merger/spin-off). Verigy was a spin-off last summer. A college buddy was with HP, then spun to Agilent, then spun to Verigy. I KNOW - it's a stretch, and wouldn't necessitate omission.
