Why would any of us presume to know what each board member brings or does not bring to the table? It is certainly your prerogative to vote for board members to be "booted". I can see justification for putting more qualified people on the board. Just wondering how you can be so sure that certain individuals are net drains on the coffers and need to be replaced. Not being a cynic here just an honest question.
