One more thought.. for the record.. I do believe the BOD needs to be shaken up.. I voted to boot 3.. There are currently 2 open BOD seats.. they need to be filled by qualified quality people.. IMO one with a strong respected tech background, and I believe Pohl's idea of an Investment banker is probably sound. As S&L's death grip on PTSC weakens, I believe we will have a greater likelihood of this occuring...
