I have missed a few days as I was traveling so I don't know what the "pledge" is all about. Would someone please repost the reason(s) for this "pledge drive". I have less then 100K shares and have already sent in my proxy vote via the web so maybe I can't be included if this is about voting a block at the shareholders' meeting, which I'll be attending.
