S & L agree not to sell??Why? Out of the goodness of their hearts? What do they tell their investors (I assume there is probably more than just Eric Swartz) ?

Right or wrong, they have their own plan and system and they ain't gonna change it because Pohl asks them to. That's just the way it is.
