and, while late, the Q reports are published. Were / Are you looking for a more formal discussion of the S & L deal?
If so, then I'm not sure what management could have done or do. As many have complained, they have choosen to let S & L play out their warrants. One of the mysteries mentioned by several here is WHY S&L converts and sells now, at this price. My guess (WAG) would be to diversify their total holdings. S&L has zero responsibility to PTSC's sharholders and they may want to convert all of the warrants prior to the Markman results being known.
Again, just my guess, but I would like to see another reduction in the warrants held on the coming Q report next week (in theory).
