I think you may have hit on something here. What exactly would be acceptable? We do not know, but anything along those lines would help the pps and S&L would only stand to make more $ that way.  Perhaps some sliding scale that keeps selling low while pps is low and allows more selling at higher pps.  Our pps history is pathetic and any new investor is going to want to know if the same thing is going to happen after any spike up.  We almost need to do something like this, even after a favorable markman.
