SGE - the point I was trying to make was that we should be mindful not to embarass ourselves by making claims about S&L selling massive amounts of shares if in fact it's actually not true. We're all "pretty sure" it's true but you never know with this stock. Remember, Pohl stated that he is "perplexed" as to why the SP acts the way it does. If S&L is doing what we think they're doing, he certainly shouldn't be perplexed at all and should not have made that statement.
However, I do think Ron is more than capable of describing/mentioning this issue based on what information/facts we do have.
I think the 10Q will at least give us a better idea as to what S&L has been doing. We should be able to see "some" converting and selling by S&L on the next 10Q (if in fact they have been converting and selling).
I like your idea about having S&L agree to hold off on selling until after the SP hits $5, $10. - Brilliant!
