That agreement b/t Fish & PTSC was in place during PTSC's litigation with TPL over ownership of '336 patent.. to be implemented IF Fish fulfilled his contractual obligation...  He never did, due to the fact that J Fogel castrated PTSC's counsel, ending the litigation.

$2 Bil was what the guesstimate was that the unified patents may bring...  personally, I think it is light.. depending on Markman ruling
