Just for fun, I called PTSC's office today, and got a voice recording prompting me to press 3 if I was a shareholder. I did. The recording put me on homd for a few seconds, then transferred me to a prompt that said I could enter the person's name I was trying to reach, or press star for a company directory. I did. I was then prompted to enter the first four letters of the person's last name, on the corresponding numbers on my phone. I entered P-O-H-L, and was told there was no one by that name listed. Same for S-W-E-E (for Sweeney).

Now, like some others here, I also don't think it's time to ring a general alarm b/c the co. is late yet again in filing their quarterly report.

But when I take into consideration: boilerplate press releases; a nice, but activity-less office (yes, I've visted there a number of times; totally dead every time I've checked it out, except for a guy who resembles Pohl, and who went in and out of the company's offices, loading his golf clubs into a nice convertible a couple of times); a clueless research report with erroneous information, paid for by the shareholders; board salaries of 36K per year for people who either have their own agenda or are clearly not qualified, any more than I am, to sit on any corporate board; apparent lack of activity by Hawk and Hoffman; and, to top it off, late again for a 10-Q, when the CFO is being pd. 250K/yr -- when I look at all those things, I begin to get quite annoyed that the powers that are in this company are getting away with it all. I have voted my shares AGAINST Johnson, Falk and Felcyn. I am experiencing a level of frustration with this company that has nothing to do with its speculative nature and everything to do with its lack of professionalism while being paid handsomely to perform at a professional level.
