All astute observations...

All one has to do observe how Carl Ichon does it...

After having 5% he files with SEC...

After getting 9% he writes to comapny and asks to meet and confer...

After getting 13% he demands a seat on the Board...

Once in there, he raises enough hell to get others to implements changes...

After getting 51% he liquidates the company and makes billions...Lol...Lol...

In short, like you said, writting letters to company means diddly so long as swarts and his cohorts have the control of the show as most here seem to think...
