This delay is totally unacceptable. IMO It would seem that PTSC management goes out of its way to convince us that this is, without a doubt, a penny stock and will remain a penny stock no matter how many licenses are signed and how much revenue they generate. I for one, am losing faith in current mgt and board. Will vote accordingly. SAD.
