I'm sure you and your friends who own millions of shares believe you are correct with attemping BOD change with your vote.  That's the American way. 

However, the Wall Street way is a bit different.  It operates by that "other" Golden Rule:  He who has the gold makes the rules.

You may want to take a look at the rather heavy numbers to tackle:

• Insiders own 8.58% or 33.46 million shares. How many you got stashed away?
• How many retail shareholders do not bother to vote? 20%?  30%? 50%??   The BOD votes their shares.

Go for it if you must, it is your company, too.  IMO, a more direct communication might be in order.  Have you called the corporate office to voice your concern?  emailed? 

IMO, WAY too much whine and cheese today.  I wonder if the same folks will be whining after the Markman results are known.  To steal a phrase, we'll see.
