I stand by my comment.

"They knew they weren't going to meet the deadline - they could have let us know before now. Give out the numbers for the quarter to shareholders in a news release and file the papers when they can."

No, it wouldn't have changed anything for me if they had of done that. As Kallister said, it is about them just being courteous to shareholders and potential investors. I could have went fishing today too.
