Last minute late filing notice.

It is this crap that irritates me about PTSC. They knew they weren't going to meet deadline - they could have let us know before now.  Give out the numbers for the quarter to shareholders in news release and file the papers when they can.  

Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?
