Company is at the the defining moment of its existence, (the Markman Hearing and all that follows), and everyone is venting about changing the mangement and getting rid of Board memebrs because the10Q, (the substance of which is alomst common knowledge), will be 5 filed late by 5 days?!?!...

It simply does not make sense!...

Swartz and his cohorts, (which according to some posters, have been fleecing this company for a while), may be a legitimate concern for some retail shareholder dissatifaction. But, a revolt against the management NOW!?, I think NOT...

They have plenty on their plate and need not to have the additional worry of "the mice that are planning to hang the bell on the mean old Cat's neck"...Lol...Lol...
