I have been wondering about a few things....

Toshiba & NEC requested MMP/336 reviews last fall and/or early this yr... were they not granted? Why then has Pubpat been granted a re-examination of '336 now? Didn't Toshiba/NEC already request this? Is it Pbpt's supposed prior art? Didn't those NEC entities settle a week after the initial Pubpat request/filing & subsequent PR, giving them plenty of time to review before finalizing their decision to settle? Were the Toshiba/NEC requests not for re-examination and/or not granted?

My appologies if this is so simple I just can't see it...
