PUPAT forces a reexamine of the 336 patent which is granted. This action originally is intitiated by TPL. USPTO has to do a reexamine togehter with the patent holders TPL/PTSC which have enough knowlege power to clearify the situation.Finally a decision will be made in the favour of TPL and the 336 is once more confirmed by the USPTO .

This could generate enormous pressure against the J3!

I know, pure speculation........
