Message: A couple of thoughts

You're typing is fine, and you pretty much get to the point in a direct fashion (while I can write in a dialect that can confuse the wittiest among us. LOL).

"Promise to only make a couple of mor jokes about our pr, but you'd think their silence is premeditated."  IMO, it has to be.  Just think what we'd be screaming if they hit the PR button (pump) and with the "message" came huge volume and an S&L sell-a-thon (dump).  It just maybe would look like a classic pump and dump because THAT is exactly what it would be - for the benefit of S&L (and some flippers). I can just hear the screams of outrage....  So I'm thinking that the PR button won't get pushed until (most) all the warrants are converted (i.e., S&L's "prompt" to sell - for the ultimate benefit of themselves and all retail shareholders, oh and PTSC - is gone or very close to gone).  Even then there would remain the "fear" that S&L may dump some of their massive share holdings, though you'd think that they may want to continue the ride for a bigger payday.

Of course another thing that would be nice would be to have some pivotal success to brag about in such PR - that's pretty obvious.

But this scenario does seem to (continue to) beg the question "why are we paying these PR firms for their failure to perform? (and paying them pretty well)".  I think of it this way: why do I pay for insurance?  Actually the better analogy would be Why do corporations/individuals put law firms on retainer?  They actually pay some amount just to be ready/prepared in case something really bad happens?  Do they expect bad things to happen?  No, it's all about being prepared in advance.

Now, look what PTSC is doing re: PR firms.  Essentially, they're on retainer, IMO.  The BIG DIFFERENCE here being that they're doing this so that they are fully prepared when something really good happens (circumstances are ripe).  And they have the full expectation that really good things WILL happen.  So it's sort of the same as the above analogy, only with a purely positive slant.

Why now (or up till now)?  I doubt they can accurately predict when a pivotal event may occur.  What if IBM, TI, Apple, or another of their ilk signed today?  Better yet, what if the J2.5/ARM settled for big bucks today?  As far as the warrants, they should be on top of that aspect.

While it appears we're paying a lot for nothing, the proof will be in the pudding.  So it's just another "wait and see" for PTSC shareholders.  I hope to see less bitching and moaning about this.  If some great things come together, and we find ourselves in a positive spotlight on CNBC, it will have been worth it.

But you can keep the jokes coming - they are funny! LOL  But please think before taking it too seriously.  It's like holding back the Queen in a game of chess....

JMHO, and I KNOW nuttin'!
