PTSC needs to put pressure of TPL to end the first mover discounts, hopefully this will happen after the Markman or trial...

So... You want TPL to end the 'first mover discounts'.. by the Markman or trial... So you want them to end reletively soon.. say in the next couple of months (Markman ruling), or by the end of our trial... say 18-24 months from now?

Do I have this right?
