I just completed the purchase of two separate 5K chunks (my limit was smack between the bid and the ask).   And in both cases Level II/volume did NOT reflect the trades; in fact, Level II showed no activity during that 15 minute period…

 

To add to Eases comments, I definitely seems like they are busy converting warrants.
