Need a compelling argument to unify shareholders. For now, many of us have decided to trust in Pohl. He has a plan for shareholder value that includes getting off of the bulletin board. That’s when we become a real company. Would we be helping him by forcing new BOD members or would we be making it tougher? I am not smart enough to know what’s best for this company at this stage. If I heard a compelling argument, like years ago when I voted for Brian, … but these are decisions to take with much thought. We all want this company to prosper and reward us richly. I want to support Pohl. Is he being shackled by S&L and would appreciate shareholders getting rid of their lap dog on the BOD?
