Thanks. Obviously, further dilution of that magnitude would produce more weakness not to mention a large and sustained outcry from sincere longs, should we choose to stick around. Maybe I am not grasping this issue entirely but for me it always seems disconcerting to see that quantity of shares just a few steps away from being dumped into the float. Any thoughts on the purpose of this unapproved 50+MM shares?
