On that 5% form. I will however be voting AGAINST or current board as I have every year since I've owned this stock, early 98.

We need some heavey weights with background on our board, right now we have none. At least bounce Felcyne and Falk and replace with rep from AMD and INTC. One of the Leckrones wouldn't be bad either
