Pardon my error in prior post. Ease got it right. Except there could a very little buying by S&L, because with conversion the OS goes up allowing buys to stay at 9.99%. A very small amount of buys.

Assuming that S&L is converting (evidence shouws they have), we SHOULD be thankful. Nothing says that HAVE TO do this (though IMO it is in their long term best interest).
