I don't think it's the overall theory that people are questioning, but rather some of the definitive statements like:

"there is a much bigger player accumulating ptsc shares" or

"retail is not touching this stock right now"  I, for one, know the latter is untrue. Others have posted that they have bought as well.

With regard to Hawk shares, I can only say his benefical ownership changed between the 5/22/06 filing and the 02/28/07 filing. A decrease of 700k., conversely Tpl changed by an additional 700k. Only an outright guess by me that those are the same shares. In looking for the latest ammended SB-2, I found two since I last looked. 03/21/07 and 04/02/07. I only looked at the sellers list and saw no changes, except that the Hawk shares are no longer there on either filing. Looks to me as they have withdrawn from the offering, sold shares, or a combination of the two. Who knows, but either way thats his right and as I posted long ago, a long overdue payday for most of these people if they do choose to sell. joe
