Question for RONRAN

or another attorney.  I'm a bit surprised that the defendents responded to our claims by themselves, not relying on any outside expert such as we did with Dr. Despain in making ours.   Is it normal for them to respond in the manner they did without an outside "expert"?  Just curious.
