While I agree with some of what you are saying about the board. I think this was the most important. All the shares the company is buying back are going right back into the market as gifts to the BOD. The stock moves a little they make millions and we are still making pennies and dollars. The options ought to be tied to share price points that stick. Unlike the run to 2.50 that helped S&L unload and TPL obtain shares.
