You may not receive a Proxy Statement in the mail. I own quite a few shares - at least from my perspective - and I did not receive a proxy statement last year.

Call Hawk/Investor Relations and ask them what you would need if you by chance do not receive a proxy statement. Their number can be found on Patriot's website. It's about time that they started earning their $$$$. You may only need a brokerage statement and an ID to match. Definitely call to make sure.
