Yeah, and I think most of us have been expecting a gradual rise in PPS and volume as we approach Markman. We should see some action when the divy comes, and maybe that'll kick things off.
Anyone else wondering about Alliacense's current strategy? As I understand things, Townsend is handling the TX case, so the guys at Alliacense (including the new high-power guys) should be free to pursue settlements with others, IF they are so inclined. Anybody think they might just hold back till after Markman and possible settlement in TX? Seems nobody (PTSC/TPL) should be urgently hurting for cash.... Settlement amounts could be exponentially different by waiting. And does such a strategy (if existent) suggest a great deal of confidence?
I KNOW nuttin'!
