Since there is not much going on here aside from the bickering and there will only be sideways to slightly lower price movements going in to the markman unless TPL , Patriot or Holocom pulls a couple of rabbits out of the hat.

I have Ericson’s chief scientist here at our resort right now. He says 4G is still a couple of years away until the standard is developed. They are also dropping the use of superconductor filters in base towers for a metal encased in a precision plastic covering. The cryogenics where the issue, there were too many problems with the cooling units. He is down quite a bit on his Ericson shares but I didn’t have the heart to tell him that TPL has probably put his company on notice.

What I really wanted to mention is that I appreciate your professional opinions in regards to the court proceedings. I know as you have said in the past it’s not your area of practice but its close enough for most of us. Best of all it’s free and no one is complaining about that.
