And I'm pretty sure our share price would respond to the ruling, as opposed to waiting for the money to hit the bank someday down the line, although obviously the actual settlement figure could move it significantly one way or the other.

About 800 hours to go to Markman; practically speaking only about 400 or less 'billable' hours to go.  Some serious strategizing and scrambling undoubtedly taking place.
