I think we need to stop thinking about first in people and what the dollars should be.  How many first in entities are there for pete's sake.  NEC was one of the defendants in the suit.  They should not be the same as other signings.  They should be paying more.  Until the investment community are shown dollars that are appropriate for what these companies should be paying for the product, PTSC's SP won't move.  They have to stop giving it away or one day there won't be anyone around to get the big dollars from.
