Roger Cook is still battling to get all our infringement claims admitted. All the PIC's we wish to file have not been accepted. Re-admitting has been denied once. Roger Cook is asking the court to reconsider.

20. By order dated November 7, 2006, this Court denied TPL's Motion To Correct PICs "without prejudice to filing amended [PICs] that include infringement contentions for each accused product as required under the local rules."
