IMO, this is all pretty minor.  What about the word "representative" is so complex to comprehend?  And a prior letter DID expressly accuse the chip families.  And I'd suggest that his use of the word "accurately" could be replaced with the word "specifically" to clarify his intent.  Finally, as has been discussed before, the points re: "gee, if we don't capture all the chips now, we'll just have to waste everyone's (including the Court's) time and sue again, with everything being virtually the same, except for the added chips" should get the appropriate attention.  Much ado about nothing, IMO.
