"...wisest use of assets."  That I do not know for certain, thus I have placed my faith with those running the show; otherwise I would not be an owner.  My contention has been to play devils advocate with the 'dividend naysayers', largely due to the fact that none of us knows for sure what is really going on behind the scenes and to what extent etc...  I am relying on those who do (MGT and BOD) to make informed decisions that are solid based on what they know (as contrasted with what 'we' know), and I believe they are.  When I look at the wreckage that has been cleaned up in the last year, and where we have come in the last 2 years I am still 'with them'.  I hope that we continue to generate substantial amounts of cash flow that rewards the shareholders, and I hope it continues to grow in whatever form.  I cannot necessarily be negative on a holding that is generating millions in earnings and free cash flow with little cost, and that will likely continue to do so for quite some time, particularly when they share them with the owners -- ultimately, that is what it is all about in investing.  Bring on the semi-annual dividends, and lets see them increase annually to boot.  My sense is the share price will be heading in the right direction as well.
