i cant find one point in your post i agree with.  using boston, intel and msft as examples is a comparison of no merit.  we are a penny stock and need cash on hand.  do the examples you state also have a warrant holder with BOD members that specifically state the warrant holder is entitled too dividends.  the companies in your reference also have employees and manufacture a product.  i guess if one looks hard enough you can justify just about anything.  it is all about managment and in our case it is lack of management.  you can choose to place your faith in the management but can u state one thing they have done to benefit the sharehholder?  Please do not cite the dividend as an example.
