Just a question to the knowledgeable.

If there is a very slim chance of contesting the validity of the patent, is it possible to discredit the original inventors thereby bringing into question the ownership of the patent. And if ownership is in question, then the right of PTSC/TPL to make a claim of infingement could be invalid. - r
