For me ,personally, the prior art risk decreased tremendouly when INTC and AMD signed. And in my mind, is less and less a factor with continued signings. Pohl has said that the licensing pros have dealt with it when co's suggest prior art. And this gives me even more belief that it's just not a factor. The fact that they(ARMHY/J3) have even looked into the inventorship application, tells me they are , in fact, "reaching".

Fish, on the other hand, has always made me anxious. Maybe it's the lawsuits and seemingly always coming back to try to get more of something he doesn't deserve. I don't know, I just don't seem to be able to let go of my percieved threat from him.
