Question... I tend to agree with your senario, but since we have, according to Arm, only accussed them of infringing the '584 patent, and if Arm does indeed end up our only litigant.. how would even a successful trial against them validate the '148 & '336?

I have wondered this for a long time.. seeking answers from far off places.. climbed many mountains.. swam many rivers..
