IMO, although settlements would be nice and probably bump pps, I'm in the camp it is better to go to Markman with a ruling in our favor and if necessary a win in court. I don't see the pps getting to the price some of us dream about without going the distance. If we settled, this current process will possibly restart with an IBM or another 500-lb gorilla we go after.

Anyway, based on previous posts, I think J2+/ARM are going the distance and I would be surpirsed if they settled at least until after Markman.

Of course, the downside to going all the way is we will have to wait until court case done and like everyone else, I'm tired of waiting after 4+ years. But if that's what it takes to get the top pps, I'm sure almost everyone will hang on.
