Cool. Looking forward to reading more of what he has to say. Remember the USPTO review can take up to 22 months to complete, so the Markman and court case iteself should conclude before their review does. Let us hope the judge doesn't grant a stay pending the outcome, otherwise it'll be purgatory until the USPTO finishes their process.
