I would bet it doesn't go to a jury

If you were Lecky.. Pohl.. TTC.. Would you want all to settle pre trial... or would you want one (at least) of the entities currently in litigation: Arm.. NEC E A.. Matsu.. Toshiba to go all the way thru trial, or would you want some other entitiy: IBM.. TI.. Philips.. ect to possibly go thru all this at a later date? If this litigation is not brought thru to completion one way or the other, will we have to go thru it to completion with someone else later on??

Do these patents need to be tried to realise their true potential value?

Does going all the way with litigation gain us that much more in value vs just a positive Markman and settlements? Treble Damages? Additional cost of litigation? Prolonged complete validation of patents?
