I actually find this pretty funny.  They are "confident" of either this OR that.  To me, that doesn't project much confidence.  If they were truly "confident", they would state one "fact" or the other, not both (like "if/when we fail on one argument, we'll try the other, and that's how confident we are").  But the way this is stated (though this may not be exact language - but appears to be a release from ARM), it indicates a great deal of uncertainty, IMO. Pretty weak....Confident?!~ LOL
