of course negotiations have been always going based on the number of licensees over the past xx months. My point with everything that has been going on; divies, acqusition /s?, stock buybacks, additional pr machine(agora).......... markman getting closer, j5 becoming j2,  maybe (IMO) something is going to happen favorably for ptsc.

 Probably a safe bet that most here invested expect a favorable outcome in court, hopefully at markman........at the minimum we are hoping for a positive out of markman. I know I am being a little redundant.

Now doesn't everyone dissect every press release, every bit of news........so I just pointed of that they did not use the language of "negotiations" before, eventhough everyone who owns this stock is aware of ongoing negotiations.

Ron, I do follow this board more than I care to, did not want to come across as trying to interpret legal issues. If you say this is a normal process and commonplace (if I am interpreting you correctly) that is good enough for me. I am no way trying to stir up anything here,there is enough of that without my help.
