Frankly, I am surprised at the fact that you too, (a logical thinking person), have joined the chorus of uncertainty mongering posters who seem to opine that the Court decisions are a mere crap shoot and thus everyone better start thinking of an "EXIT STRATEGY"!? It is no wonder that the volume is depressed and there is hardly any response to Sandisk settlement PR...

First:

The Markman "Decision" is already made. The clercks have done their work, and there has been meetings to narrow down and resolve the issues. The Hearing itself is merely to give the parties the additional time to settle before the Court's DECISION is announced...

The fact that we have had 4-5 major settlements announced in the past few weeks is an indication of what the Court's decision is goin to be, and logic dictates that more settlements will be announced as we approach May 3rd...

Second:

"Stratagem" is defiened by dictionary as "any trick or scheme for acheivin some purpose." I assume the followers of the "Exit startegy" club mean to devise a scheme to exit this stock right after the Markman Hearings. This, I submit is illogical.

If this group's plan is to "exit" for the purpose of making money then they have to do it NOW if they do not beleive that PTSC will be the winner in the Markman Hearing...

On the other hand if PTSC is the winner, discussing exit strategy after a positive Markman Hearing NOW is meaningles s as we do not know what the impact of a WIN will be on the stock...

IMHO what everyone should be considering now is how they should act at present, knowing what has happened in the past few weeks, to augment their portfolio to maximize their profit for when they decide to sell.
