Ron........I'm thinking of attending the Markman, its a 2hr flight for me. I spoke to our patent atty yesterday.......who has been to a Markman and "won" it. He said I would learn alot.

Tricky though unless i buy a refundable ticket. Guess I'll wait til about 2wks before the date. What's the chance of it getting rescheduled?
