Think the same way. Like Ron said many times, the Markman Hearing and it's result will be a significant step forward.

Maybe after this event, TPL loosens a bit the belt of showing figures from deals. Therfore PTSC is allowed to do offensive PR's and marketing. IMO, we are just a couple of weeks away to see somthing more than +5% with a deal like SCANDISK!
