I hope you're right regarding what we're asking for from the remaining defendants, however, I don't think we're asking that much based on previous signings. If they settled for a boatload, I'd be extremely/pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately TPL's philosophy seems to be: "we'll take what we can get". At least that's the way I see it.
