My first blush makes me think SSDI got Holocom, Holocom's debt ($24M), and Holocom's assets and $140K from PTSC. 

PTSC got some 45% of SSDI essentially for $140K plus $770K, plus any additional monies PTSC may have paid for further/all Holocom's assets.  As a shareholder, I don't see how PTSC assumes any debt - that's SSDI's problem (so if they can't pay, they file C-11).

So it appears to me we got 45% of SSDI for around a million.

Now if I could find more on SSDI.  Can't find a ticker symbol....searches bring nada.
